Payton Logan

My name is Payton Logan, and I am a recently-graduated art student from Spalding University (located in Louisville, KY) with a Bachelor's in Fine Arts. When I'm not making art, you can typically find me at the local CrossFit gym doing the daily workout or competing.

My artistic practice ranges from traditional media, such as painting and drawing, to digital media--photography and graphic design work. I enjoy all forms of art, as the application of visual creativity by use of any medium is a means of deeper self-expression. The arts gives those who practice it, as well as those who view it, the opportunity to make connections with others and the world around them through emotional and psychological stimuli.

My goal, as a mixed-media freelance artist, is to explore these various connections and evoke curiosity and passion in all those who view my work. I want humans to be interested in humans: in themselves and in others. For, in understanding who and what we are, we are better able to paint a picture of all that we have the potential to be.
